My work has been and continues to be a meticulous experiment in a monochromatic palette. My interest lays in the socially conditioned boundaries that confine our thinking and behavior, as well as the frivolous freethinking spirituality that makes us who we truly are. My approach is process-based improvisation, an intricate exploration of our inner contradictions. Each mark, stroke and form is part of observations of the bipolar qualities we all have hidden within us: The need to communicate, to follow, and change – to be someone else. I execute my work with an intensity to express this emotional, passionate or even political inner conflict.
My work is: spontaneous, emotional, relentless.
