Living in Melbourne's leafy suburbs, she takes inspiration from her local surroundings with a strong focus on Australian flora to create stunning still life images that aim to bring the intricate details of nature to the fore. Intrigued by unusual patterns, striking colour & bold contrasts, she uses natural light to capture the unique design of her subjects & keeps her composition simple ensuring our beautiful botanicals are the hero of the piece.

I create art because...

I create my images to capture the beauty of the natural world around us, to highlight the colour and intricate details that we often take for granted.

I am different to most artists because...

I often don't feel I'm creating the art, but the bystander simply paying homage and celebrating nature.

When you look at my art, the thing I want you to feel is...

Fascination, awe and appreciation, not of the artwork but of the subject itself.

I believe art is an important part of our lives because...

Art is communication, imagination, expression, creativity, it influences and connects, it creates discussion and appreciation. It's what makes us human.
