I create art because...
it gives me a sense of purpose and accomplishment in life.
I love that I have a way to create meaning for other people through my art.
It's great to meet so many unique people when painting in public spaces, as well as all the amazing clients I get to work with, which is a very humbling experience.
I am different to most artists because...
When you look at my art, the thing I want you to feel is...
the energy and attitude of street art in urban settings and a sense of belonging.
I can help create all sorts of moods for different spaces but ultimately I want people to be happy when they see my artwork.
The thing I most want to say to non-artists is...
Find something that you are passionate about and invest more time into it an be persistent.
Also.. take control of your environment and help curate an experience for yourself and for the people around you. A little colour goes a long way.
I believe art is an important part of our lives because...
it enriches the way we experience the spaces around us.
I create a lot of art in public spaces and the responses from people is always amazing!
The offices and shops we create artwork for often ask us to do more artwork which is proof that art adds life to all kinds of spaces.
