Artist bio

I'm a Deaf visual artist and I worked with painting and drawing for the past decade, but have expanded into inter-disciplinary works and mixed mediums.

I paint on wood, canvas and paper, and I make sculptures from all sorts of mediums including found objects in response to themes surrounding events. Events such as the earth, climate change, our deaf culture and many other themes that inform of the changing events.

I use acrylic paint, oil paint, gouache, gesso, fabrics, wire, clay, recycled plastics, charcoal, ink and pencil to create the story around the theme.
